If you are a recent student looking for transcripts you can stop by the school and we can provide them for you.  Former students (5 years and over) can go to the student records website at:  achieve.lausd.net/transcripts

If you would like to attend Evergreen, you can call the school to set up an appointment.  You can also fill out the pre-enrollment application at: enroll.lausd.net
